Watched a Vans aircraft video and discussed the 50% rule. The rule looks specifically at tasks, not time or cost content.
Steel tube construction. retempering after welds or grinding. Also the fuselage structure may need to be degaussed to prevent issues with radio / instrument interference.
Doug also mentioned that there is a new steel tube product on the market that uses a thin wall with a perforated metal wrapping to bring the strength up to match a heavier, thicker wall tube.
Glueing plastics. Polybutylene specifically. Next month Doug will bring an expert video.

JB Weld is apparently a great solution for gluing plastics
Electrical connection corrosion. Dielectric grease to prevent O2, especially salt air around here, to prevent the issue.
